Willow is CEO of New Pictures which she co-founded in 2013 with Charlie Pattinson, Elaine Pyke and Richard Nelson. She executive produces across New Pictures output and recently, specifically on THE LONG SHADOW, DES starring David Tennant, Daniel Mays and Jason Watkins for ITV which garnered a consolidated audience of 10.9m and WHITE HOUSE FARM for ITV which consolidated at over 8m. Willow is also known for Golden Globe, BAFTA and Emmy nominated THE MISSING & THE MISSING II for BBC One/Starz. Other credits at New Pictures include RELLIK for BBC One/Cinemax and REQUIEM for BBC One/Netflix. Willow started her career in film, working on features by Julien Temple, Lynne Ramsay, Shane Meadows and Penny Woolcock. At Charlie Pattinson and George Faber’s Company Pictures, Willow worked initially in film development as well as business affairs before producing Penny Woolcock’s MISCHIEF NIGHT for Film4. Willow then stepped into television producing Martina Cole’s THE TAKE (2009) for Sky, starring Tom Hardy.
