Wendy joined New Pictures in 2017 as Head Of Finance, demonstrated her strong leadership qualities, breadth of industry knowledge, integrity and diligence which led to her taking on the Finance Director role in 2019. As New Pictures enters the next phase, Wendy stepped up to take on the role of CFO to manage the financial risks, planning and compliance to help develop the strategic growth of the company. Prior to New Pictures, Pearce worked within the All3Media Group as Head of Finance at North One Sport and Company Pictures, Endemol, and Pearson Television.
