Mongi joined new Pictures as an Accounts Assistant in September 2023. He was initially part of the first apprenticeship scheme run by All3Media as an Apprentice Production Accountant. He worked both in house as part of the payroll bureau, and across the different subsidiaries of All3, specifically including Raw TV and New pictures, where he also worked on Champion and Cobra 3 as part of the finance teams. Prior to this, he worked as an Audit apprentice for KPMG.
