Louisa joined New Pictures in 2021, initially as Junior Production Manager, before moving into her current role as Production Manager.
Prior to her career in house, Louisa moved through the production ranks as a freelancer, establishing herself as a Production Co-ordinator working with a wide range of independent production companies and broadcasters, including ENDEAVOUR (Mammoth Screen/ITV), LONDON SPY (Working Title Television/BBC), SS-GB (Sid Gentle Films/BBC) and HOLBY CITY (BBC).
