Prior to joining New Pictures, Bhav started her Business and Legal Affairs (BLA) career with BBC Studios Production, working across Continuing Drama Series, such as EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY, CASUALTY, DOCTORS, DOCTOR WHO and many more Scripted Drama shows. She developed into BBC Studios Distribution, as a Business and Legal Affairs Executive, working across Unscripted TV and audio Independent Production titles. Whilst working as a BLA Executive, she successfully completed CILEX Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice.
Previous to her BLA career in BBC Studios, she began with the BBC in May 2019 working in the Employment Law team across several employment law matters and the BBC Equal Pay project.
